Recognizing the importance of addressing the issue of Menstrual Hygiene Management and supporting the education and well-being of young girls in the community, Letšeng Diamonds took the initiative to donate sanitary towels to Thamae LECSA Primary School, in the City of Maseru on May 3, 2024. The donation, which provided sanitary towels to 120 students (which will sustain them until April 2025), will help ensure that these young girls can manage their menstrual hygiene effectively and continue their education without interruptions. This donation of sanitary towels is just one example of the company’s efforts through Corporate Social Responsibility and Investment to address critical social issues and support the well-being of individuals in need.

In addition to supporting the education sector, on April 27, 2024 Letšeng Diamonds supported the 16th Kobeli Business Services Academic Excellence and Leadership Awards Ceremony, which honored St. James High School’s top-scoring LGCSE 2023 exam takers in Mokhotlong. This ceremony was held to honor 16 students for their exceptional achievements.
