Letšeng Diamond mine is situated high in the Maluti Mountains in the Kingdom of Lesotho, southern Africa. Letšeng Diamonds (Pty) Ltd holds the mining lease granted in 1999 by the Government of Lesotho.
The Minister of Natural Resources, Hon Mohlomi Moleko, during a visit to the mine on Sunday 29 January 2023. The Minister shared his broad vision of the envisaged growth of the mining industry in the next five years and the role the existing mines should play.
Letšeng Diamonds conferred scholarships to six Basotho in a ceremony held at Maseru on Friday 27 January 2023.
